Todd Eich is a Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Meditation Guide offering yoga instruction, guided meditation, relaxation therapy, and mindful breathing for business leaders and their teams seeking solutions to alleviate stress, enhance concentration, and improve productivity. Todd has been practicing yoga and meditation for ten years. He resides in Dallas, TX with his husband Huy and enjoys camping, hiking, DIY projects, cooking, gardening, and of course, yoga and meditation.

Schedule: Friday, 8 PM Reception & Orientation; Saturday, 10 AM Morning Meditation & 2 PM Yoga Instruction; Sunday, 10 AM Morning Meditation. These activities are available for a $30 fee for our participating members.
Offering an introduction to mindfulness meditation to soft background music. Learn proper 7-point seated posture, breathing techniques, and ways to relax the body and calm the mind. Participants are encouraged to establish a daily practice of their own.
Free yourself from daily trappings and meet us on your mat. This practice is for beginners and intermediate yogis and will focus on light stretching, basic postures, proper alignment, and an easy flow to get our heart rate up and our skin a little sweaty. This is a safe environment without judgement for all participants to feel free through guided movement set to uplifting music.
